The main ingredients are Italian carnaroli rice, dry porcini mushrooms and onions. This uniquely vacuum packed risotto rice provides for a convenient and fast way to prepare and serve a delicious rice dish. No preservatives are added.
To prepare:
• melt butter in a pan,
• stir the entire package into the butter,
• add a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.
• Stir a hot broth into the rice until desired consistency is achieved.
