Using an ancient recipe from Marche, Filotea pasta is made from the freshest eggs and finest flour (including durum wheat semolina). The artisan manufacturing results in a pasta that is incredibly light and easy to digest, with a textured surface that helps absorb any sauce, thus exalting the flavour of all the ingredients in your recipe. Spaghetti with Squid Ink - long square pasta strands - colored and flavoured with squid ink, giving them a beautiful, deep black color and the flavour of the sea. Traditionally served with seafood or fish sauces. Also delicious with olive oil and grated bottarga. Enjoy "al dente" - be careful not to overcook.
