Following a centuries' old family tradition, Terre Francescane carefully handpicks the olives to process in the olive mill on their estate. They produce one of the most spectacular extra virgin olive oils in the world. Our roots are deeply embedded in the industry. In 1639, when – according to an ancient inscription found on a stone in the old olive mill – the Gradassi family began farming olives and handed down the tradition, generation after generation, up until this very day. Nearly 400 years later we still proudly harvest olives from the same fertile slopes our ancestors did. Prolonging the beautiful and ancient art of olive oil production.
