Using yuzu and sudachi fruit, Yamaroku's take on Japanese ponzu sauce surpasses the standard to the next level. Containing the juices from these native fruits grown in the Tokushima area of Shikoku, the smallest main island of Japan, this ponzu sauce uniquely stands out by having more of a fruity citrus hint rather than a soy sauce taste. Being certified organic by the Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS), the equivalent to the USDA Organic certification, there are no artificial ingredients, chemicals or preservatives used in this sauce.
