Our family selection from both estates: a blend led by Arbequina and Arbosana, rounded out with Picual, Picuda and/or Manzanilla. Fruity, with notes of green banana and apple, and occasionally more exotic fruit like pineapple. An elegant, complex EVOO with subtle bitterness and a delicate, spicy finish.
