Usukuchi is a ligher version of our Tsuru Bishio. It is aged 1 year and has a thinner, lighter constitution which has a wide variety of uses not suited for our 4 year aged tsuru bishio.
If "tsuru bishio" is compared to red wine. Usukuchi soy sauce is more like white wine.
This incredibly delicious product carries many of the similar characteristics of our famed 4 Year aged Tsuru Bishio, at a fraction of the cost due to the shorter aging period.
